Vonda Schaefer is a psychotherapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience and over 10 years of specialized work in Nutritional Therapy for Mental Health. She is passionate about bridging the gap between mental health and physiology, helping both clients and clinicians understand how nutritional and biological factors can affect mood, cognition, and emotional resilience. Through her training programs, she teaches therapists and psychologists how to identify underlying biological contributors to mental health symptoms and integrate this knowledge into their clinical practice.

when do the doors open on friday, oct 2?
Doors open at 5pm Friday.
will there be a lunch break on saturday?
There will be a 90 minute lunch break on Saturday. We encourage our guests to check out Downtown Burlingame and enjoy lunch at one of our local restaurants. We will have restaurants partnering with MBS Conference and discount codes for these restaurants will be provided.
what is to be expected on friday night?
Check-in when you arrive. You will be directed to our Cafe for heavy hors d'oeuvres so be sure to come hungry. In the Cafe is also the MBS Conference Expo where you can shop. You will then be directed to your seat in the main auditorium for Conference Opening Night
what is to be expected on saturday?
When you arrive for day two you will check-in again at the front. You will then be directed to the Cafe for delicious breakfast snacks that are provided. While in the Cafe you can shop the MBS Conference Expo again.
when do the doors open on saturday, oct 3?
Doors open at 8:00am.
what are the saturday sessions like?
There will be four sessions on Saturday where you will hear from all the conference guest speakers on mental, physical and spiritual health. There will be other fun creative surprises, live music, giveaways and so much more
what is included in my registration?
Included in your registration fee is access to every MBS Conference session with our world-class guest speakers on Friday and Saturday, enjoyment of live music, free giveaways, food Friday night, breakfast Saturday morning and access to MBS Conference Expo.
what is the opening session like?
Opening Night will kick-off with incredible live music, creative elements, fun giveaways, and hearing from our amazing guest speakers. The session will end around 9:00pm.
